This Review Policy establishes the standards governing the submission, publication, moderation, and removal of reviews on MyEdu.at.

Prohibited Review Content
MyEdu.at does not permit reviews that contain false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, offensive, or unlawful content.
Reviews may not include personal attacks, harassment, profanity, hate speech, or content intended to damage an institution’s reputation without a genuine basis.
Content containing confidential information, private personal information, financial information, student records, examination materials, or other sensitive information is prohibited.
Reviews must not contain promotional content, advertisements, affiliate links, solicitation messages, political campaigning, or unrelated material.
Reviews generated through automated systems, fake accounts, coordinated campaigns, paid incentives, or reputation manipulation practices are not permitted.
Verification and Moderation
MyEdu.at may use automated systems, manual review processes, or a combination of both to evaluate submitted reviews for compliance with this policy.
The platform reserves the right to review, edit, withhold, reject, limit visibility of, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines or applicable laws.
Publication of a review does not imply endorsement, verification, or validation by MyEdu.at.
Review Ratings
Ratings displayed on institution profiles may be calculated using reviews submitted by users and other platform methodologies.
Ratings are intended to provide general insights and should not be considered definitive measures of educational quality, academic performance, accreditation status, or institutional reputation.
Institutional Responses
Educational institutions may be permitted to respond to reviews through authorized representatives.
Responses should remain professional, respectful, and focused on addressing the reviewer’s concerns or experiences.
Institutions must not disclose confidential information, personal data, or sensitive records when responding to reviews.
Review Removal Requests
MyEdu.at may consider requests to review, investigate, or remove content where there is evidence that a review:
- Violates applicable laws.
- Contains false or misleading information.
- Includes abusive or defamatory content.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Reveals private or confidential information.
- Was submitted fraudulently or without genuine experience.
Submission of a removal request does not guarantee that a review will be removed. Each request will be evaluated based on available evidence and applicable policies.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Reviews reflect the personal opinions and experiences of individual contributors. MyEdu.at does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or objectivity of any review published on the platform.

Abuse Prevention
Any attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, or institutional reputation through fake accounts, incentivized submissions, coordinated campaigns, automated tools, or deceptive practices may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or other corrective actions.
MyEdu.at reserves the right to investigate suspicious review activity and take appropriate measures to protect the integrity of the platform.
Limitation of Responsibility
MyEdu.at functions as a platform for user-generated opinions and experiences. While reasonable moderation measures may be applied, the platform cannot guarantee that all reviews are free from inaccuracies, omissions, or subjective viewpoints.
