1. Your Right to Erasure
Users and institutions maintain complete control over their personal data. You may request permanent deletion of your profile, student records, and inquiry logs at any time.
2. Automated Account Deletion
Authenticated users can initiate deletion directly within the dashboard under Account Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. Upon confirmation, your session is terminated, and personal identifiers are queued for cryptographic purging.
3. Manual Deletion Request
If you cannot access your account, send an email from your registered address to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Verification will be completed and confirmed within 7 business days.

4. What Gets Purged vs. Retained
- Purged Immediately: Student passport entries, personal contact phone numbers, notification tokens, and saved bookmarks.
- Retained for Legal Compliance: Anonymized transaction timestamps or audit logs required by statutory financial or regulatory compliance laws.
